Myers Riders Flag Football is
open to players born 2011 – 2016

Age Divisions offered in 2024:
*BOYS/OPEN U10 (2015-2016)
*BOYS/OPEN U12 (2013-2014)
*BOYS/OPEN U14 (2011-2012)

The upcoming season is set to start in late April and will take place at
Nepean Sportsplex, Minto Field, and Confed Field located at 1701 Woodroffe Ave, Ottawa ON.
Prior to the first game, there will be around 6-8 practices, with the first game scheduled for the weekend of May 25-26, 2024.
After the first game, there will be one practice per week, held on weeknights from 6:30pm to 8:00pm.
Championship weekend is scheduled for June 22-23, 2024. The games will be played throughout the city and follow Football Canada 5v5 rules.

To participate, you will need to complete the Football Ontario/Football Canada 2024
Membership Registration ($22.50), which can be done online at the end of the registration
process. The registration fee is $195 ($170 if registered before March 17, 2024). If you require
financial support, it may be possible to obtain it through programs such as Jumpstart.

*Boys/Open games will be played on Saturdays.
*Mouth guards are mandatory.
*Black coloured shorts without pockets are mandatory.
*Cleats are strongly recommended.
*Jerseys and flags will be provided by the club.
